When you arrive at Tennessee Bodywork, follow the walking path to your left and look for the building with "Kreate Hub" on the front. I’ll be there to welcome you and guide you to your session. To ensure a smooth and relaxed experience, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows new clients time to complete any necessary forms and gives everyone a moment to settle in, change, and prepare for their treatment.

All sessions are carefully scheduled to ensure you receive the best care without feeling rushed. Arriving early allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of your massage or bodywork service, whether you're here for pain relief, stress reduction, or recovery.
