Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment. However, as a courtesy to our clients and staff, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the originally booked session.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Arrival to Your Appointment
To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for intake forms (for new clients), changing, and preparing for your treatment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
Discounted Packages
All memberships and packages are purchased at a discount and must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date.
Memberships and packages are not subject to the gift card rule under the 2009 CARD Act. Because these purchases involve prepayment for discounted services, they are considered final sales. No refunds.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

FAQs
Accessibility
We are in an accessible, ground floor office. The treatment room can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs. There are several bathrooms on each floor. There are handicap parking spaces available.
Clients must be able to get on and off the massage table on their own, It is a liability issue for your massage therapist to assist. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Suggested Attire
For optimal assessment and movement during your session, we recommend wearing a sports bra, loose athletic shorts, and underwear. This attire ensures your comfort and allows for effective evaluation and treatment.
Why This Attire?
Ease of Movement: Wearing a sports bra and loose shorts allows you to move freely, making it easier for the practitioner to assess and work on key areas.
Proper Access: This clothing choice helps the practitioner access specific muscle groups or areas of concern without discomfort or restriction.
Client Comfort: Comfortable attire helps you feel relaxed and at ease, which is essential for an effective session.
Effective Evaluation: This attire enables a thorough assessment of posture, movement patterns, and muscle function.
What is customary when it comes to tips?
We don't expect tips. We want to be a regular part of your self-care regimen, and we find that the anxiety surrounding whether or not to tip can be a deterrent for clients.
We are aware that cost can be a barrier to getting regular bodywork, and members of our community often don't have a lot of discretionary income.
Bad Weather
If the weather is bad or unsafe driving conditions exist, you can expect a call from us regarding your appointment. We don’t want you to feel unsafe, but we recognize here in Nashville locals may want to keep their appointments no matter the weather, so we do our best to be here. Cancellations due to weather are no problem. If one of the staff is unable to come in we will call you immediately and try to re-book your appointment.
Preventative Care
I recommend you try at least 3 new things that will benefit your body weekly. From your work life to your daily movement.
